Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions George Friar Internet Time Share Sale Scam Boca Raton, Florida

A George Friar, who said he was a Finance Mgr., of Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions in Boca Raton, FL called around 5:30 PM today with a guaranteed offer to buy my timeshare I have with Blue Green in Branson, Mo.  He said his company is a "For Sale By Owner" company that finds timeshares for folks who come to them.  He didn't have very specific information on my timeshare but said they had researched it and had offered it for sale for $16980 to a family who had a 20% down payment ready - if I would agree to the sale.  CPVS would overnight a contract to me via FedEx.  I had 7 days to look it over, sign it, and send it back to them.  Once they had the signed contract they would send the purchase agreement, signed by the buyers, to me to sign and return.  No time limit here though!!  Then, all I had to do was wait for the $16980 check to come in the mail.  He said CPVS didn't charge listing fees to the seller because they made their money on the financing of the sale to the buyers.
