I wish I'd seen these reports in August! We'd been trying to sell our timeshare for over a year, so when they called and said they had a buyer, we were relieved.
I checked online, but didn't find any reports, good or bad, on the company. We were too willing to believe them and sent the money they requested.
Then, it was 45 days to closing, but then the buyers had to have 3-4 weeks to arrange financing. (Why weren't they doing that during the 45 days?)
When we finally got someone to answer the phone, there's a form missing in the finance documents, so they can't process it. And now, ALL the phone lines go to voicemail and no one calls back. Or the voicemail boxes are full, and we can't leave a message.
What do we do now? Any chance of getting our money back?

The easiest solution was right there. I called the dispute line at the credit card company and explained the situation. We had made the charge and confirmed it when they called, then found out later the company was a scam. She took the details, then credited our account, and debited theirs. We'll see if they contest it, but that would mean they'd have to call us back, so I doubt it.
So the question remains . . . is there a legitimate timeshare resale company out there? I'm reluctant to trust any of the other 4 that have called, even though they have good ratings with the BBB.
