 This Coby Electronic should have a Lawsuit, a lot of people are in the same situation like me, if anyone is lawsuiting this Company i will be glad to sign against them,and this is why>>

 I have send my tablet to fix at Coby Electronics in Savanna Ga 7 months ago, cost me 350 dollars  and was under guarantee,They confirm had received and will be send back to me in few weeks. I have not heard from them anymore had called all the numbers of the company and all are disconected ecxept one that will take messages but nobody will call back.. emails, messages send and not respond .

I reported to BBB in california and this is their answer.

"Your BBB has tried to present your complaint to Coby Electronics Corp. in an attempt to
resolve this matter to your mutual satisfaction. Unfortunately,
despite our efforts, we have received no response to your complaint. 
We attempted to contact Coby Electronics Corp. through written
correspondence twice on your behaf" This does not minimize the
importance of your concerns, nor is it any reflection on the validity
of your dispute.You may now want to pursue this matter through an
alternative resource.The firm’s failure to respond to your
complaint will be reflected in its BBB record. A firm’s rating may
be affected by its failure to answer even one complaint” I want my tablet back.

Lets suit this Company that had screw their customers ..someone has to do something about it  !! ALERT don't buy any more Coby products !!
