Went to Cohen's to get some glasses quickly. Long story short, the OD pointed out some things that weren't true to scare me to get glasses rather than wear contacts. I went to my eye MD who told me she was crazy and that i can still wear contacts.

I went there to get a pair of glasses, and had a coupon for 30% off, well - no glasses they had in stock are available for 30% off, and the guy ignored my question the second time.

I found a pair I like, they said they'd have it the next day, but it was not ready. I called again they said end of the week, not ready again.

I have a feeling american express will get involved for a chargeback, but the bait and switch is a
