Colon 700 , Colonmed700 , Colonaid700 deceptive advertising,scam,ripoff takes another unsuspecting person Glendale California

Yes me too friends, I was taken in , but I am not giving up by a long shot. I have become pro-active with a vengence. I have filed complaints with numerous agencys including the attorney general of california,The BBB in L.A. ,the ( IC3 ) which is the internet fraud section of the FBI, Econsumer.gov, so far and I'm just getting started.My story started out most likelythe same as yours did. I saw an ad online that offered a colon cleanser free trial.It turned out to be so deceptive. Today ( 1/26/09 ) I finally got a live body on the line at this so called company , he told me I should send an email to support@colonmed700.com to request my account be closed. I sent an email requesting to have any & all accounts in my name be closed , that I receive a full refund for $88.97 that they charged my card without my knowledge or consent & that they send a RMA# to have their product picked up. I checked my email later & their reply was to go to a website they had included in their email.This website was nothing like the one that I had first seen when I decided to ask for a sample,this website had the information in a large block that told of entering into a contract with these people if one did cancel within a certain amount of time. I refuse to cave in to these vultures . I could live with the money loss but why should I. I'm sure there are others who may have lost a lot more money than I. I say lets fight this thing to a sucessful conclusion.There will likely be many more people who have yet to be taken in by thse predators.
