This woman had been evicted in February 2009 by a Justice of the Peace in Killeen, Texas for not paying her rent. She appealed her eviction with a pauper's appeal. The appeal was not heard by a County Judge until July 31, 2009 (Bell County, Texas). (public record)

During this time, she was supposed to pay the rent to the County Registry every month until trial.
