Columbia Telecommunications Group rebate ripoff scam Farmingdale New York

Columbia Telecommunications Group, Inc. False Rebate Promise and Lousy Equipment ripoff deception ripped off and scammed Farmingdale New York .....

I purchased a phone bundle through one of the Home Shopping Channels, it promised a $35 rebate. I mailed in the forms the day I received the product and have never received the rebate. I faxed a letter to CTG and they never answered.

In addition the equpiment that I purchased is bottom of the line garbage. The cordless phone has lousy communication abilities for a "2.4 Gigahertz" and the plastic over the numbers melted or did something so that you can't read the screen. The corded phone is something that you would buy at your local thrift shop.

Overall this company nont only makes second rate equipment, but they are crooks when it comes to paying back the customers the rebates that they promise and they choose just not to respond to requests.
