#1 UPDATE Employee

Combined Insurance IS a respectable company

AUTHOR: Jarad - (U.S.A.)

I have seen a number of reports claiming Combined Insurance is a "rip off" and a bad company. I work for Combined Insurance and can't disagree more. Combined Insurance trains their employees as well as any company in the industry. They also provide licence training. A service most insurance companies expect you to pay for.

I am a Sales Manager and help with the training and success of new agents, and yes people do fail at this business. Why? It is not because of false promises and unexceedable goals. It is a result of lack of effort and the ablility to set and achieve your own goals.

Are you going to get rich on day 1 with Combined Insurance.? No, as well as most new oppurtonities, but you can make money the first weeks in the business as well as grow your residuals and move yourself into management where the money grows even quicker.

I have looked at numerous insurance companies and the approach they take on the training and the success of their new people. I am yet to find any company that spends the time and effort Combined Insurance puts into its new agents.

If your looking for success to come to you and hand you all of your dreams than this isn't the company for you, stay on your couch and wait for that knock on the door. However, if you're tired of waiting for that knock and want to achieve your goals, this is the company for you.

Take the oppurtonity. When their is nothing to lose by trying and much to gain if successful, by all means try. Yes, thats a Combined Insurance slogan. And why not try, I'm not going to gain anything if someone reads this and joins the Combined team or if it keeps a Combined employee motivated to keep going after their goals. However, I am tired of people blaming their failures on others. Take responsibility for your own failures and successes. The only thing that will reach your goals or detour you from them is YOU.
