I was hesitant to subscribe to Comcast internet because they were charging me for a number of this I did not have through the cable service I had with them but I did and that is where the nightmare begins.

When I signed up for high speed interent from Comcast I went with a promotion of 3 monthes high speed interent free and a free web cam. I thought all was good with that so I went ahead and signed up. After about a week or so i didnt receieve my web cam so I called 1800 COMCAST and spoke with a customer service representative and she advised me that I would have to wait until my 3 monthes free subscription runs out and then I will get an email or phone call to confirm my order.

So I said ok and I waited. I think receievd an email about a week ago saying enter your email address for your free web cam so i thought all was good then.

After a week here I am now with no web cam so then I called 1800 COMCAST again and the customer service representative gave me a couple different stories as to why I didnt receieve it, this is funny check it out. She told me at first it was because the promotion isnt running anymore and i said well when I signed up for interent it was so then she gives me well when you signed up you should of asked for the web cam. I told her my story and she said well that was your fault on your end. Then she said well let me go check your account and see if you can still get it so i waited about 15 minutes on hold.

She comes back to me and says ma'm all of the cameras are completely gone. I said how long have they been gone she said like 2 monthes so I said well i just got an email about a week ago saying i was eligable for one. She then told me that i didnt get that email because there was no record of it in the system. So basically she called me a liar. Then I asked to speek with a supervisor and she put me on hold for about 30-40 minutes and then comes back and says they ar all on calls. I asked if I could hold for them and she said no she don't want to put me on hold for a long time. So she took my info and said they would call me back AS SOON as they were done with their calls and it has been now about 2 hours and still no call back.

Comcast is a HUGE rip off and I will be cancelling my subscription and will go without cable!
