Compass Bank Bank Error Not In Your Favor ripoff Aurora Denver Colorado

Early 04 recieved a letter from Compass Bank statind that there was an error that caused me to go into the negative on my checking account. They admitted it was there screw up and they replaced all funds including the fees. Mid 2004 same thing. Kinda got me worried at that point but I said to myself,"as long as they are repairing there mistakes, It'll be fine.

Early 2005 it happened again,but this time NO REPLACING the funds, fees, and no apologies from Compass Bank. I recieved a letter basiclly stating that I owed some money. I fought back and forth for months before they sent my debt to collection.

To make a long story short,I had to cough up hundreds of dollars at the expense of a so called finacnial institution. I can understand why grandpa buried his cash instead of using a bank.
