Comtec Financial Trust Services comtec Ottowa Ontario

My brothers wife recieved a check from comtec financial trust services and deposited into her account at Bank of America. The bank held the check for several days until today 4/11/08. The bank of course found out the check is fake and put another hold on it while the fraud dept is investigating my brother and his wife.

Now their bank account is overdrawn, do to the bank loaning them 100 dollars until the check cleared, but since the check did not clear the bank took back the 100 dollars without letting them know. Please do not deposit this check. I emailed the Seattle FBI and Washington State Attorney Generals Office and my bank.

Let your state AG and FBi know of this scam so they will investigate it.

This company has no address or website just a 800 number to call and they only ask for your name. the routing number on the check as 9 numbers instead of 8 numbers.
