Conexis Denies claims repeatedly for invalid reasons. Don't be fooled - FSA with Conexis is more work than it is worth! Nationwide

This company denies claims for no valid reason.  I submitted a claim for daycare for my son, to get reimbursed from my dependent care FSA.  The first time they rejected the claim for lack of documentation even though I sent the invoice and receipt.  The second time I submitted the claim, with the signature of the daycare provider, and they rejected it as an ineligible expense, even though it clearly states on their own website that this is an eligible expense.   

This company is such a scam. They take your money and won't give it back to you.  I think they use delay tactics so they can earn interest on YOUR money.  It's been several months now and I haven't seen a dime of my own contributions.  

Makes me feel that FSA is not worth the hassle.
