Conscious Box Conscious Box charges wrong amount without refund

Shame! Shame! Shame! Please stay away from this subscription box company! Because it falsely charges you! I signed up for a trial which I paid $5, and just received my first box on Feb 04,2014. After realizing that this company put non-FDA approved drag in the box and gives out dog pop bag...I decide to cancel. Really? $20 a month for those kinds of FREE samples? The only legit things are two energy bars which I can buy at WholeFoods for at most $2.50. But when I checked my bank statement, I also found that they charged me another $20 for the next subscription box.

I requested for refund, and guess what the customer rep told me? "If you had cancelled your subscription before the 1st of the month, that would have prevented re-billing." This is the problem, so I should cancel the subscription box of the second moth before I even got my box of the first month? In addition, I do not see why I cannot cancel my next subscription, since I would probably receive it in March. Anyway, it's a scam!! I've already told my friends to stay away from this company. You denied my rights to my own money? Guess what? I reported to Consumer Affairs and my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
