Company withdrew money from my account making my checking account overdrawn. Had to change account numbers, just to keep it from happening twice. Caused severe mental stress and financial distress.

Have been harrassed since incident. Told them to cancel account, they wouldn't. Refused to pay account because of havoc caused by overdraft. They finally said they would take half of 349.44 to settle account. By the way, they did put amount withdrew minus a monthly payment back. Still had all my overdraft charges to pay!
