This company will call anybody and everybody, saying they are investigators. They ask people to pay our bill, they also call someone and tell them they were on our reference list, when they were NOT! Someone has to stop them, and I am all for a class action suit against them, however, if anything is posted for help. Ripoff deletes it, I am not sure how to go about doing anything. I asked if we wanted to surrender the vehicle, where do we take it and her reply is we would make arrangement with an agent for you to meet somewhere, Last I knew when they repo a vehicle they come and get it. Second, the economy is tuff, my husband is a displaced worker and receiving unemployment, very hard to make ends meet.
They offer no help, just want their money, and according to the woman I spoke to "there business cannot continue to run if people do not pay" that is hard for me to believe with the interest rate they charge. If we would of known how things would end up, 3 years after buying the car, we would of never went with this company. Now it is at a point, being unemployed we cannot just go get another vehicle in order to find work.
They also leave on my answering machine that my husband is consealing the car. They will use any tactic they can come up with and they call themselves a reputal company?
We all need help!!!

Repo of Auto
AUTHOR: Sue - (U.S.A.)

Yes, they do repo the auto and then send you a bill saying they sold your vehicle for a lot less than book value and that you still owe them what was left on your loan to begin with. With the charges they add to the bill.
I am in the process of fighting that right now, how they can sell a vehicle for $3000 when it books for $8000, is beyond me. But we all know how honest this company is anyways. I am also up for any kind of class action suit and will join forces, however we cannot contact each other. We need to find a site to be able to post our emails.

I have had the same issues with CPS. Unfortunately the economy is hurting everybody. I have been called by a Mrs. Johnson who is also calling my family members saying she cannot reach me when she can. I sent her a cease communication letter and she still called my family 3 times in one day. I had spoken to her and told her flat out - come and get the car. Yet, she won't . She told me that if I paid 8.79 that they would hold off my payment for 3 weeks but that that was no guarantee that they would not repo it. I said please come and get it. It's still sitting in my drive way. I faxed her and said pick it up. It is causing me so much stress it's ridiculous. I know in PA that they cannot attach your wages for car repossessions and I really believe they know that as well so it really does no good. I did ask for a reduced payment amount that I could afford, but she said it was not possible.
Has anybody actually had their car repossessed by them or does the torture and harassment just go on forever? I am considering bankruptcy - they couldnt call at all after that.

No the dealer did not try anyother company, and as I see it you must work for this wonderful company that has so many reports against them.
What I wanted from them is help when you become a displaced worker, However, I have found a lawyer who deals with companies like them. That break the law with the phone calls and I will do everything legally.

Class Action Lawsuit??
AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 22, 2009
On what grounds is this all powerful "Class Action Lawsuit"?
What EXACTLY do you want them to do to help you out?
As to a couple of your other comments one word....funny.
"there business cannot continue to run if people do not pay"
- Wow that's just horrible for them to say that. After all they gave thousands of dollars to a dealer for a car you purchase. They did this with the agreement that you would pay them a set amount each and every month. But of course they can hand out hundreds of thousands of dollars and will stay in business even if people don't pay them back.
"If we would of known how things would end up, 3 years after buying the car, we would of never went with this company"
- You really think any other lender would not do the same thing? The fact is that they are a Sub-Prime lender, and usually a lender of last resort. This means that your dealer probably tried several other banks that declined you. So if you decided to not go with this company your choice would have been to not be financed.
