Consumer Portfolio Services Harassing!!!! And Rude!!! Terrible Company!!! Irving California

I had a low credit score so I went through one of my only choices for financing my vehicle. I wish I would have researched it better and found all this stuff out before I decided to use this company.

About 2 months ago I had a temporary term of unemployment which has now left me a little bit behind on my car payments. Now that I am working again and able to make the payments I have been trying to work with them and get things taken care of.

This particular guy CALVIN keeps calling me and harassing me. So, I made a payment on Sept 30 08, and now it's 2 days later and he is calling me acting as if I have not paid anything, he is telling me that he is going to take the money out of my account that oh well they got what they needed!!! HE'S SO RUDE!!!

I told him I am mailing another payment in and he is not ok with that, he's asking do I have another car because he hopes I do, acting as if they could come and take the car!!! I told him that scare tactics do not work on me, if he thinks he can take the car then do it!!! I went to the bank while we were still on the phone and closed the bank account that they had on file so he got even more mad and just got more annoying!!!

This is a terrible finance company and I would highly recommend that anyone else does not use them. They call my family all the time and people I work with constantly!!! Everyone got so tired of hearing from them that they changed their cell phone numbers!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
