Arbitration Program
a letter was sent to me in the mail about 4 wks ago promising a credit card with a limit of $5000. i replied 2 days later with a $49.99 money order for rush delivery, i called the number on my money order receipt 5 days later and the money order was cashed, and i still have not heard anything from comsumer preferred yet.
