Consumer Resource Network CRN Took Money Without Asking, Signed Up For Extra Services Without My Knowledge los Angeles, California

I heard theadvertisement for this company on my radio on the way to work, called the number and a very pleasant man "explained" the program to me quickly managing to only make me think I was getting charged 1.99 for shipping and that I had 30 days to cancel the program and avoid further charges. Several days later I was contacted by CRN and they fast talked me into some auto service without me even realizing it. About a week later I looked at my bank statement and i was charged 1.99 + 25.95 + 19.99 for all this! I immediately called their customer service and asked for refunds to anything I was signed up for and had to tell this woman 10 different times to just cancel it. Be careful if you are having the same problem they will try and give you 2 months access to the website or whatever it is u got signed up for and not give your money back in return. I had to practically yell at this lady to stop spewing out offers and process my refunds so I could move on with my life! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. I felt like I had been taken for a ride. I even mentioned to the first guy I talked to that some companies will tell you 1.99 and then you end up with charges like 39.99 out of the blue and you wonder why. He assured me that it was only 1.99, Yeah ok. I did get my money back thankfully and to anyone else fight to get yours back too!
