I was first of  all attracted by a very creative offer from Traffic Accumulator. A software that would send visitors to my website.

When taking up the offer of a trial period and a refund if not satisfied, I proceeded thinking I had nothing nothing to lose by tring it out.

As the process developed I was told I needed to go with their "referred" webhosting company who would build me a "great website." This company was www.coolhandle.com I proceeded with the offer as it offered a monthly rate of $3.80 (I think) per month. When I put my credit card details in it charged me a full 12 months hosting for AUS$219.11.

I immediately sent them an email saying I could not afford the $219 at that time and asked them to cancel it and refund my money.

Since that time Traffic Accumulator has charged my debit card with $77 via a payment processor called www.u-order.biz I sent u-order an email and they offered to refund me the money but I haven't received that yet (now 2 days).

I received repeated emails back from Adam R from Traffic Accumulator/Coolhandle who tried to reassure me what a good deal it was and that I should let them proceed building me a website etc. Why not proceed and see what they can do before cancelling etc.

This went on over several days with me insisting on a refund each time and them trying to get me to change my mind.

The latest response is that my cancellation request "is now in a queue and that it would be handle in due course in order of priority.

I had a look at their terms and conditions on their website and they say that it may take up to 30 days to give a refund?

All of the above are delaying tactics to try a wear me out.

My latest email to them 24 hours ago has not been answered.

I have not received the Traffic Accumulator software and I have not received a website (nor do I now want one) and, I want my money back as I need it for other purposes.

As it stands, I'm powerless to get a refund from them as it seems they intend to delay me as long as possible.

They appear to scammers and fraudalent, not legitimate ethical business people who care about their customers... far from it!

I waz havin so many issue with this company 4 a loooooong time. Found a website where theowners email psoted. I sent him message and message and message didn't let him just sent me off to customer service likea dope. Finally made him mad enough cause he gave me back my $$$ Jack jack@coolhandle.com his number is 8182689879 Send him your message and call him and dont stop til you get him to give you it back!!
