cool handle took my cc info and without telling me charged $378.15to my account. nowhere in the entire presentation did it say i had to pay, program was FREE. found the charge the very next day and immedeitly requested a refund. they wrote back stating it was non-refundable. they also said the amount was clearly stated on the signup page (it was not). Now i had signed up for Mileys Money Machine (MMM) not coolhandle.they have two address, one in Calif. without street address, and on in the united kingdom at:15 Bromet Close, Watford, Hertfordshire. both addresses have the same online adress and telephone number. they have ripped me off BIG time, and i want my money back!

Well, it's been several months that I've waited for my refund and have yet to receive it. This is really a RIPOFF. Do not even go near them.
