Coral Resorts Hilton Head Claimed I was buying 3 bed room time share ALL LIES Hilton Head, South Carolina

Coral Resorts told my wife and I that we would be able to have a 3 bedroom time share in Hilton Head.  The place had a water park and rooms were unbeliveable.  They said they had relationships with the local resorts and cruise lines worldwide.  We explained that we have 5 kids and use hotel points to stay every year at Hilton Head.  Hilton Head was our favorite vacation spot.  I also let them know we use the same time to vacation every year.

They also said we would get a free week-end once we paid off our down-payment.  They repeatedly showed us how Hilton Head was the number 2 resort in all of the USA, and this would allow us to trade to anyone in the US.  

They said we would pay for RCI points, but use the developers week once a year. 

When it came time use the time share,  we called RCI.  RCI informed us that our point system was less than half needed to stay at Coral Resorts.  Our ownership did not matter we only had enough points to stay in a one room place for a week.  Moreover, the only available option was in Arizona.  We called and called and could not reach anyone to help us.  They took our money and now were gone.  We had to scrape together enough funds and stay in Florida at a vacation rental.  Our vacation was ruined.  No Hilton Head vacation resort property, and we were out all of our yearly vacation funds.    

We called repeatedly.  Nobody called us back.  i was put on hold repeatedly. one time I was on hold for over an hour. 

We never put one foot on the resort other than during the sales pitch.  And now, we had paid for a virtual vacation.  Never to see one minute in our vacation property. 

Finally, we stopped making payments, sure enough now they call.  Where's your money on your property?  I said what property?  I cannot use anything.  You lied!!!  I pay money to some fictitious residence that I can never use.  WHAT A SCAM!!!

They say we are only the accounting department Mrs Canada at 843-842-3485.   I had one conversation with a Coral Resorts member who said our package was virtually useless.  He was sorry, but if I could pay $1000.00 in additional money i could stay at the resort for developer's week.   

Now they say they are foreclosing on us. FORECLOSE ON WHAT??? THERE IS NO PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED.

I want to put together a group of people and create a class action law suit.  I see many people dealing with similar practices.  Let's stop the lawless lies of Coral Resorts.  RCI seems to be the real deal.  Coral Resorts is the classic bait and switch.  

We should be able to get the media CNN or Fox news involved to stop this sophisticated theft ring.   I want to shut them down.  Let us put together a formal complaint, I see many complaints against Coral Resorts on the BBB web site.    

CORAL RESORTS IS A SCAM RUN AWAY!!!
