Costco wholesale Costco A employee injured me. Orlando Florida

 I and my ladie was shopping at Costco wholesale on August 6,2018 a few minutes before 19:24. We were at a cash register going to check out and the supervisor or manger whichever she was said her employee was late to break,which is when she decided to move us to the other cash register on the other end of the store,which is the same time she snatched the shopping cart out of my hand's.. She had a nasty attitude because I even asked to speak to another person above her and she said no I can't speak to someone else just her. I also went to the hospital the same day as well..I also have a picture of what the hospital gave me for my hand that I had to wear.. I also went to the doctor were the hospital referred me to I received a sprain and messed up tendons. I did file a claim with Costco wholesale they said they are not liable..but yet in their membership agreement it says the safety of their guest is important..and The employee chose what she wanted to do to a customer,so to me they should be liable.

  I have evidence of going to the hospital and to the other doctor as well.If anyone wants more proof I will upload the documents as well.

So this horrible "manger" hurt you?? What did the ER say? How about your PCP? Or your Attorney?? My guess is you have none of those. Since you and your "ladie" are just looking for a quick payday. Pathetic.
