County Financial Services COUNTY FINANCIAL IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN! BEWARE PEOPLE! Anaheim California

I too became a victim of County Financial Services. I went to a dealership in Vallejo Ca to purchase a vehicle. The guy was really nice however, things got pretty bad once County Financial and I entered into a agreement.

These people at County Financial are very rude and they seem to turn a business call into a personal call. (Not acceptable in the real world) I spoke to a lady named Raquel. She was my first unpleasant encounter. I was a few days late on making a payment and she told me if I didnt wire her the money that same day that I would be without my vehicle. So okay, this is my first vehicle off the lot so needless to say she scared me into making the payment.

My second encounter was with a guy named Juan. He told me he was a collections manager so he and I made payment arrangements, I stuck to the arrangement once I made the first payment as agreed I was called yet again by someone else saying I didnt make ANY arrangements at all. I asked to be transferred back to juan and he told me he never agreed to the arrangement. How does that grab ya? The big one happened just this past May. I woke up one morning ready to drop my child off at school and get to work and my vehicle was gone, repoed. I called the police because I thought it had been stolen. The police informed me it had been repossessed.

I got on the phone with county financial and was told a certain amount was needed to get my vehicle back..I paid that..I called County Financial with the conf. number from western union and was yet given a different amount that was needed. That was paid as well. Now of course im wanting to know where I can pick up my vehicle. I live in Oakland Ca. my vehicle was in hayward at the auction yard. Once I got to my vehicle ALL of my personal belongings were gone. I asked the auction workers where is my things? They told me I had to contact County Financial to get the towing companies info. I did that, the towing company was based out of Gilroy Ca. that is a hour and a half drive from where I live. I NEVER got my things back!

Now for the good part. Just Yesterday Monday October 13, 2008. I get ready to leave for work and once again my vehicle is GONE! I mailed a payment to them on Thursday October 9, 2008. Of course when I called they said they dont have it yet. I have ONE more payment and the car is paid off. So now i'm being told I need to pay the last payment plus 325.00 for towing. My car is not in Hayward at the auction yard it's in San Martin Ca. County Financial is not the company to deal with.

BEWARE CONSUMERS THESE PEOPLE ARE FRUADULENT AND THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR MONEY AND YOUR VEHICLE.
