County Imports- Gerard Motors- North County Imports- Super Sportz- Troy- Wayne- Mike- etc. Wrong moped, wrong color, scratched, no customer service, shipping lousey, stealing, false advertising! Norco California

Sent wrong moped.

County Imports took 32 days to send a moped.

Not corresponding to fix the problem.

Ignoring phone calls.

No emails when promised.

Ordered moped on 5/12/2016-recieved moped on 6/14/2016 late. Opened the box to find the wrong moped (that was scratched up in several places). Truck driver did not deliver to apt.like promised. Driver would not take the moped back like he was required to do. Called County Imports and Mike started off about the moped I already bought and paid for being more expensive and beating me around the bush. None of the employees would let me talk to the management or owner. Mike promised to send email and did not. Troy promised to do something about it and they would be calling me. Still have not heard a word! No one has called, emailed or anything about this situation. Wayne was the sales person, although it was Troy (female) who took my order. The only way to can contact them is through the sales dept. Otherwise they keep their voicemail full at all times so you cannot leave a message.

They need to fix this problem or refund me all of my money immediately. Wrong moped, wrong colors, bad customer service, the run around, delivery is bad, R&L carriers not doing their job either. Scratches on moped, looks used in areas.There is also another problem. That is they have a coupon for a $60.00 gas card, which they told me was old so it did not count, yet they would send me a 20.00 gas card. The coupon is still on the site for 60.00. So far my experience with them is they are scammers taking people for a ride, and stealing their money. They are: County Imports-Gerard Motors-Super Sportz, etc.. Something needs to be done about these people scamming others.   

Consumer's Desired Resolution:

They need to replace the item with correct moped at their loss, including sending a truck to pick this one up when the right one comes. They need a truck that can come to the door of my apt. If they do not do that, then they need to REFUND my money (within 72 hours)and come pick up the wrong moped they sent on their own dime. I have contacted them on the 14th, 15th, and they asked me to wait three days for a boss to contact me, and of course they have not. Called again 6/20/2016 and of course the voice mail is still full.
