DO NOT buy anything from countyimports.com.

In April this year I ordered a dune buggy from this site. I was assured if I wired the money to them it would expidite my order. With all the discounts they offered me I thought I was getting a good deal. Instead it was a raw deal.

According to the web site, orders are shipped to your door within 3 to 10 days but, up to 21 business days during the busy season. I spoke with my salesman James K. several times over the first week and a half. Then they quit answering the phone.

After 23 business days went by I received an e-mail from Chris Anderson saying there was a problem with the color I ordered. The orange one I wanted did not pass inspection. Hmm. This buggy was suppose to be in my garage by now and they were just finding something wrong!!

Chris asked in his e-mail if I could choose anouther color he had that had already passed inspection. I called him and told him I would take one of the other colors. He then said he would get it in to have it inspected. I then read his e-mail back to him which stated it had already passed inspection. There was silence at the other end of the phone.

At that point I felt I was getting the run around and cancelled my order and demanded countyimports return the $5069.94 I sent them as it was obvious the only processing of my order was the transfer of my money into their account. From what I have read this is Grand Theft.

We are now almost in September and countyimports is still avoiding any and all attempts to comunicate with them. I am doing all I can to seek justice but not exactly sure what steps are best. I plan to contact my states Attorney General to see what they may be able to do to help. Also considering fileing charges with the prosecuting attorney in Clark County Nevada.

I have found that all the addresses on the web site are bogus. Don't waste your stamps. The Customer service e-mail only gets you into a worthless Zendesk that will give the same message over and over. We are looking into your request. More bonogna.

These people are dishonerable! Do not trust them at any cost! Maybe if Google and Yahoo banned them from their search engions other search engions would follw suit. This is a bogus web site that is only interested in taking your money too. STAY AWAY!!!

New Owners Attempted Scam

AUTHOR: DeWayne - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 14, 2014

In reality these new owners do not appear to be any different than the old ones. They obviously are not very familiar with Rip off Reports. If they were they would have noticed several complaints listed against them since they took over in June of 2013.

Oddly enough it is only a very small percetage of complaints against a business find there way to web sites such as Rip off Reports. A large percentage of them go un reported. However there are other web sites like rip off reports that are saying the same thing about County Imports. Again do not let these people fool you. They are not an honest buisness.

I found it quite interesting that these new owners file a rebuttle on my statement of facts stateing I did not file a report on them until a month after they took ownership, yet they themselves have waited almost a year and a half to file a rebuttle to try to fix their badly broken reputation. Sorry, it doesn't matter what color you paint a skunk you still have a skunk.

Pay me the refund you owe me and fix the problems with all these other complaints then maybe you can start to repair your reputation.

Assume Depts from old owners.

When I paid for my dune buggy I was told that County Imports was now a part of EPUNK Inc. The sales man even tried to encourage me to do some bidding on the new EPUNK bidding site BIDPUNK. This was in April of 2013.

The reason I did not file this report until a month had past is that your shipping details state that shipping could take up to 21 days during the busy season. Again it wasn't until after the 21 days had passed that county imports contacted me to tell me there was a problem with my order. This is when I decided it was time for me to cancel my order. I allowed ample time for county imports to refund my money. (By Nevada and California law cancelled orders are to be refunded within 10 buisiness days) This is another law county imports has broken. So far they have Grand Theft and Fraud on their rap sheet. Would you trust this company?

If indeed the new owners are not EPUNK Inc. Then they assumed all liabilities at the time in which County Imports was purchased. Even if it is EPUNK Inc. They still incured the dept in which County Imports owes to me in the amount of $5069.94. If you have such a stellar reputation since taking over owenership then pay this dept owed to me and prove it. If indeed you were not the oweners when I placed my order does not change the fact county imports owes me a refund. Do you really think that claiming you were not the owners relieves you of all depts incured before you took owenership.

Until I recieve my refund of $5069.94 County Imports is a business to be avoided at all cost. They will take your money and walk away. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from County Imports

It appears this customer ordered his go kart on 04-22-2013 well before we took control of the website but filed this complaint almost a full month after new ownership took over. Countyimports changed ownership 06/15/2013 and as you may imagine this is very confusing for shoppers that consider doing business with the new countyimports ownership. But we would greatly appreaciate if you consider our stellar record since taking over this web site, from 06/15/2013 to this date there have been no complaints logged against countyimports.com!
