Courtney Castillo Dishonest Horse Trader- BEWARE Lancaster California

Courtney is VERY problematic, and dishonest. Very high level communicator seems to instill trust. I got talked into taking a horse on a 30 day, full money back guarantee trial, for which she took full payment. Horse arrived and was not, as the other complainee noted, AT ALL as behaviorally described. I returned the horse after a week, but, surprise, she'd spent my money and couldn't refund it after all. Had to get a lawyer, get a promissary note, got a few hundred bucks back for my trouble, then she stopped paying. I'm out several thousand dollars for having trusted this woman. There are many wonderful, honest horse people out there. Courtney is not one of them, steer very clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I'm out my money, but am hoping I can save someone else the frustration and losses I suffered through this report.
