Covenant the "family orientated christian company" yes, right, sure.... My self and my partner was sent to this company after accepting a offer of employment. as we was told on the family plan.. we went through hoops to get in ( since I have been in trouble before) . we traveled all night to this place by bus. once there, not even time to get a cup of coffee the next morning, or to use the rest room. they was shuttling us to the driving range. to take this so called driving test. I pointed out after being up 36 hours that I felt unsafe in this but I was informed to try it any way well I did part in the morning then the rest in the afternoon ( I passed) oh to say I am a female .. the guys was taking bets I would not pass...6 minutes left and a space of maybe 7 inches left on one side.

in which then my partner and I after 3 days of normal bull of oreintation ( I'm use to ) since I have about 14 yrs of experience.. I was dismissed due to a false statement on the dac by another company.. I had passed the criminal background the physical the driving and was all set but no U S Xpress had stated that I had a accident that never took place. I had delt with U S Xpress in the past.. now I asked to defend my self I have proof that it is false but to my attempt no go. I was bused back home another grueling ride ..my partner was kept a inexperienced rookie of only a 3 week school now who would you want behind the wheel? a 14 yr veteran of the road or my ex partner with a rookie trainer? in which while I sat there I heard the most awful stories of crap ever from people ( 6 ) of them fired in the matter of 1 day and each one was over money one guy was screaming I worked for my pay and I deserve it and you owe me over 3,500 dollars this week ( just hear say) but man what kind of sham is this now I am yet to seek work wasted a week and my partner has now split from me.. the question I have is this what happened to the so called Christian way? did I not deserve another chance? what about forgivness? and they have a 1 accident policy and a 1 ticket policy and this so called false accident was clear back in 2001 and I have worked for three other companies sucessfully since then.. with letters of recomendations.. please tell me why? why waste my time and why lie to me does the good book say "THOU Shalt Not Lie?, and or Thy Shalt not bare false witness? and forgiveness is divine? and to do unto others as you would have done into yourself? so who is right here ? sure not much of a bunch of Christians...
