Bad Cox billing and selling practice. Bundle deal $51.99 contracted price for phone and internet and later become $54.99. Rip off billing and selling gimmicks.   After 2 year can be $75.6 more to rip off consumer.

I call customer care Christine 9:20 am 9/31/2013 told her I was out of town for a month and were billed more than $60.82 two months fix price since Aug 2013. see attachments. She told me was bundle deal department and transfer to Tim and he told me was billing department did it.   He can not do anything about it.

Bad Cox billing and selling practice, need to be corrected and prevent further more rip off victims by Cox.   Cox need to stick to the $51.99 and refund me the paid difference.
