I was also attending cr england to get my cdl license, when pulled out of class one day to be told that my urine test came back just fine, but my hair follicle test came back positive for meth. I have never, not once in my life done meth, and with a hair follicle, it has to be something that you ACTUALLY have done. I have to tell you that your story doesn't hold true. Why? Because with the type of RDS and PEDS that they do today, if you come back positive there is only 1 reason for it, because you are guilty. One time this guy swore on his mothers' grave that he had not been into the baggie and pipe and like you swore he was around someone who had been smoking, he was not. So for the fun if it all I sent him to the hospital and had his blood drawn, not only did he have the level of a daily smoker but tried to cover it up with a masking agent.

Call any doctor and ask them they will all tell you the same thing, second hand smoke doesn't fly. If you really wanted to push things and felt it has been long enough since the last time you hit the bowl, you should have went right down to the closest ER and asked them to do drug testing on you. They will do it, it will cost you the price of the ER visit and the labs, but if you wanted that stuff taken off of your DAC, that is the way it should have been handled. If you come back dirty again, they would not have known it, if you came back clean, you could have provided them with the paperwork.

The bottom line? When you are caught you are caught. You can not go in and tell those people any story they have not heard 100 times before. Weather you burnt one going, burnt one a few days before you left, burnt one 2 weeks ago and tried to mask it, you were the master of your own destiny here my friend. They did what they were required by Federal Law to do. What can you do? Learn that depending on you BMI pot can stay in your system for up to 45 days and those little masking kits they sell at head shops are not worth the money, because they do not work.

If you can ever find anyone else to hire you I would highly suggest you go to Walgreens go to the pharmacy and tell them you want to buy a at home drug test. That way you won't totally be screwed, you can figure out where you stand before you take that trip (no pun intended) for nothing.
