Cr England Wrongful Termination/Lack of pay Fontana, California

I was working with cr england for some time they change there policies without telling the drivers. i pulled in the gate like i always did and the guard was just very rude. i let him know that he couldnt talk to people like that and that was it. next i get a call the next day saying i was terminated for calling him names and making threats which had no truth at all to it. cr england did not let me make a statement nor did they let me have a chance to say what happen. i was just terminated on his word and that was that. know im having trouble finding employment due to them saying i violated company policies. They dont pay your wages ontime you have to argue with them to get paid the right way .its just a horrible places to work.
