My name is Simon Webster and I am the CEO of CRE Credit Services. If you read this complaint you can probably tell it is not an actual complaint from a client, but I will respond to it nevertheless.  This complaint was actually from a former disgruntled employee who was with us for a very short time.  Our COO and co-owner James Charlet is nationally recognized as the top credit expert in the country and is a former member of Experian's legal and compliance department.  Currently he is the head of credit education and governmental affiars for the National Association of Credit Services Organizations (NACSO).  Both James and I, have represented the entire credit repair industry to the FTC, the CFPB, and many congressional members and staffers; in an effort to help consumers with something as difficult as maintaining their credit and also helping to maintain compliance of credit repair companies all around the country.  Although it is true that anyone can certainly dispute items on their own credit report, it takes a significant amount of time and effort, which many times produces unsatisfactory results. Then how come you didnt just do it your self? How come you just dont change your oil your self? How come people hire other people to do other sutff. One simply cause you are not a professional at it, two you dont have the time and three people pay for the convienence to do the work for others. 

I personally know the owner of this company. They have a signed contracts with fortune 500 companies such as as the NFL, US ARMY. I mean wow those are some really reputable names. Wouldnt you say?

Why would reputable companies such as the NFL and US ARMY amoung other companies allow such a terrible company as CRE to be their premeir credit educational provider? The answer is because they are good at what they do! James Charlet is the only person that has worked for a credit bureau that owns a credit repair company out there. There also rules to the credit repair program for it to work. You also have to be a good participant and pay your bills on time, not talk to creditors & collection companies, send in your results and lastly not to apply for any loans or credit cards while in the program. They do cover you with a money back garauntee. So I dont see why you are bad mouthing honest people working hard to keep the Mortgage industry alive!
