This company is nothing but a scam. Their representatives lie to you to get you to put in a credit card machine. They tell you that you have 60 days free trial. You sign a lease which is through Lease Finance Group in Chicago, Illinois. They tell you not to worry about cancelling the lease.
The individual who came in my store, Clayton S. Guillot, has been hard to find. First, the number on his card(cell) would not accept calls. I found another number, and he was able to talk to him once. Since that time, he will not return calls.
The machine was sent back to their office in Montgomery, Al-was refused, and after finally getting in touch with them again, was delivered to the office in Montgomery. I was assured they would take care of this.
I continue to get harassing calls from the lease company every day-up to 7-10 calls a day; both at my home and business.
I have been trying to resolve this for almost three months. The lease company (Lease Finance Group) representative who calls me refuses to let me talk to anyone who might be able to resolve this dispute.
Do not do any business with Credit Card Solutions, Merchant Services, or Lease Finance Group! You will be sorry.

At least I have courage to sign my name. I don't know if all employees lie or not. All I know is I was told one thing and another happened. As for the non-cancellable(correct spelling by the way), I questioned that and was told not to worry, and not to tell the lease company anything about the 2 month free trial. If I had only listened to my instincts that day, all this would not be happening because I would have never signed the agreement. As for a car dealer, if the dealer told me I had a 60 day trial and I could cancel, I would expect him to honor his word as well. Many of the practices of your representatives could also get you in trouble, and as for what I can read, that may be sooner than later.

We sold Mrs. Wanda on the bases of if the credit card equipment was not generating positive cash flow for her business Sports Graphics we would sub-lease the equipment. But, what happened was Mrs. Wanda thought she found a better deal through her bank. And wanted out of the contract. You signed a 48 month "NON-CANCEABLE LEASE" The temrinal was refused when sent back, yes. It is not or equipment it is yours. You mention in your compliant "do not do business with merchant services" yet, I have not heard you mention anything about them?
