Credit Card Solutions Another victim Montgomery Alabama

I am another victim of Credit Card Solutions in Montgomery Alabama. I am a small business that fell under the 3 months free with no payment and if I was not happy or did not use it they would come and pick up everything with no more payments. Well, they came and picked up everything and I still had payments. Robert Guillot re-imbursed me for several months and then stopped. It has been 10 months since I have been able to be re-imbursed for the expenses out of my account.

I have had several phone conversations with Robert where he told me to come by his office and then he would not be there. He has made several appointments with me and never showed up at my office. I noticed that there was another person who is going through the same thing and they responded on this website to her. Since I can not get a responce from them maybe this will work. I have given this company until the 24th of this month to pay me the $2,000+ they owe me to clear out my account.

Since they have not returned the credit card machines to me and not paid me what is due, I am going to sue for replacement of my money, plus legal, plus any money that was made off the machines that I currently still own that they took from my office. Plus I am going to sue for any time wasted and damages occured trying to recover the money that is due to me.

If anyone is reading this that has been a victim of this company I ask that you respond to this. I am not playing games with this company anymore. If Credit Card Solutions reads this report I would advise them to contact me about the matter before my attorney contacts them. Once they have made things right with my company, then I will right a report stating that everything has been corrected.
