 If they had a office I would not be asking them Online I would be in the office and so what I cancel my credit report file not tax return. how could you compare the two to be the same that do not make since. My credit report has nothing to do with tax return. How could someone act as me when you have to verify first you must never used their services. They text or call to verify with the number and information on file and it sends instant alerts. It would be hard for anyone use my information and I have Identity theft on all Three credit reports.

What the company did is correct. You have no account with them, so why would they allow someone to get the information? Do you want someone else who has your info and pretends to be you to retrieve your info from the site?

Besides, the representative already told you how to retrieve your tax return. Simply contact IRS or go to one of their office and ask for your tax return records. They will do that for you.
