Cricket Communications ripoff $15.00 late fee placed there days before payment due consumer fraud ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

Purchased a cricket phone for my son because of the flat fee per month.

Every month I am receiving a late fee, the date the fee is assessed to you also changes each month. Late fee assessed two days before payment due date.

They charge you money to pay in person or pay over the phone. They do tell you that if you want to mail your payment they need 10 days before the due date to post it, that's where their honesty ends.

The phone cost us $80.00 and has an echo, it also has a ton of static and the phone calls are constantly being dropped. Neighobor also has cricket service and experiences the same problems.

I paid $70.00 for my t-mobile phone, I can go month to month as well. I have 3000 anytime minutes, 3000 on the weekend and free long distance on the weekend. My calls are hardly ever dropped, there is no echo and you can hear everyone loud and clear. My bill is $58.22 compared to my cricket bill which is $63.99 because of the late fee they make sure you are assessed before your payment is due.
