CRST Lied, post false ad and left stranded 500 miles from home Cedar Rapids Iowa

This company is unprofessional, will lie to get you there and will leave you stranded. I saw it 1st. They pay for my husbands ticket and had him travel 500 miles to go to their school without even doing a background check 1st and had him under the impression everything was good. But after he get there and been in school for a couple days the recruiter did a background check and tell him he have to leave and find his own way home. Left him stuck 500 miles away from over. It's a scam.

Like many people say they get paid by the government to get you there. Why else would they invest money into a ticket and pay for room and board for you and not do a there background check 1st. They wait until after you travel 500 miles and ready to get your permit to send you home. Their goal is to get you in the school and they will lie to you to get you in. After passing the drug test your not safe because the recruiter will do a background check. Don't believe your recruiter when they tell you they done a background check and your good to leave.

They will buy your ticket but you will owe them for the ticket and after you get there they can send you home and you dill have to find your own way. To leave people they bring in stranded in another state shows how this company operate . If you have no money your out of luck. I found this place on snagajob the worst mistake and t hey lied in the ad and said they pay you to get your cdl. If it wasn't for that I wouldve never contact them. My husband has his permit in the state we live in but need a truck to take the test.

Now my husband is stuck in Idawa. The recruiter told him he had to leave over a warrant that he found out he had before he even left DE he talk to his recruiter over a month period and never did she say anything about it she made it seem like she checked everything. He get on the bus to ride 26 hours to Idawa and after he get settled there going to school and he pass his test to get his permit she call him to tell him he have to leave the school. Good thing he made some friends and was able to stay with them over the weekend until our lawyer contacted the judge and had the warrant removed it was minor having a open container in Ocean City back in 2015.

After doing all that the dumb recruiter still says he have to leave but at his own expense Never will he go to this rip off school again. And they lie in there ad and say you get paid to get your cdl and will get paid $400-$500. He didn't get a penny from them. Now he has to travel 500 miles back with no cdl. I wish I read the reports before he went I see they done this to a lot of people!
