Crystal Spoon is one of the worst places to work at. The managers are very unprofessional and unprepared. They abuse their employees and do not pay them. When they do pay they give people checks with no balance. All their employees checks would bounce. They don't pay overtime and lie about your hours. Peter Gianini is very rude, disrespectful and nasty. He drinks while on the job and makes racial comments against his workers. He is definitely in the wrong place.
