I now see new ripoffreport posts about Dave Branchfield of Custom Innovations. I have one also. I just today noticed Dave Branchfield posted false information about me on my e-bay feedback. Someone with my same last name was apparently charged with stealing or something once, so he advertised it as me on e-bay after I slammed his ebay account with the name northstar0521.

As a follow up to my 2 bad motors he tried to rebuild (after a year of fighting) I figured I'd just let everyone I sued Dave in a real civil court via a phone trail and he was ordered to pay me $4000.00- Dave refused, offering excuse after excuse (as usual) I have 109 e-mails of excuses. After all the worse the mechanic is, the better the excuses get. Dave Branchfield tried to snake out of paying the court order. I was about to file as a non-payer with the Sheriffs dept and hire an Attorney.

Once I figured out what it would cost me for Attorney collection fee's I offered him a 1 time 500.00 discount if he paid. (now this was like pulling teeth) but he reluctantly sent the payment to avoid me attaching his assets. He wasnt doing the right thing, he was just covering his a*s. Remember folks, you can have a phone trial. you don't have to fly to WI.

Tried to help me?? when? after I chased you for months for fix the car again? "pre-existing problems" how is that possible on parts you installed?? You claim 100 engine failures, yet you continue to doubt my story?

The 'jest' of it is, he feels we should be responsible for all of his pre-existing conditions that have nothing to do with the components we installed.
