Just to update the first report that was filed. Mr. Con Guru (David Branchfield) now states that he is aware of who I am, and that I have something to do with Mr. Fleming. Well, Mr. Branchfield my name is James and I have recently have the opportuniy of talking with you on the phone on January 11, 2008 at 10:50am. At that time you stated that you were checking and get back with me. I have yet to here from you. I also received an email from you on January 9, 2008. So you are very aware of who this is, and this has nothing to do with a Mr. Fleming.

We have on our website, (n o r t h s t a r g u r u . c o m) our phone number, a contact page, and our e-mail address. We have no record of this person trying to contact us, and are even unsure who the identity is at this point. He said he paid $3395 for his engine, when we have never charged that specific amount. Also, no reputable facility would install it for only $1000. We suspect this has to do with one person that has caused us all our grief, Dan Fleming from RI. Please people read between the lines. We have hundreds of happy customers and these accusations are simply not true. Its just one troubled man in his troubled world causing a bunch of trouble for others. I have a report of him getting into an actual fist fight with a service writer in his area and he claims he pissed someone off so bad they vandalized his car in his driveway. He claims to be some marine sniper and made many references to his ability and training as a killer. He obviously doesn't enjoy his freedom very much acting in this manner.
