I went onto amazon.com to look for a new replacement battery cover for my sprint htc evo, and like any savy person, looked-compared- and made the best decision based on description. When it came in the mail, it was used. Very used. Scratches, scuffs.. The whole 9 yards. I contacted amazon and they said they would help. Cyber cellular lied to me and what's funny, the invoice recipt that came in the package said condition:New.. How ironic. So like any curious person, I googled the company and found that their not so "big" as they claim. Saying they have 5 customer care departments, we're in buissness for 18 years, and so on. The truth is, they run out of a leased small office space in the middle of a residential/commercial road next to McDonald's and taco bell... be warned, these people are scammers and will lie to your face.
