I have had working sound since I bought my PC from CyberPower. They can't be bothered to answer emails or the Tech Support number. 2 weeks!!!

I am really sorry I spent money with such a shabby company. On a mission to spread the news.

I will continue to post here and elsewhere until this is resolved.
