Purchased a $1500 king bed from CYMAX.

late on delivery,however, when delivered only 3 of the 4 packaged bed pieces arrived.

My wife & I had NO bed. (sold our queen)

Calling CYMAX is like calling MARS....you are placed on hold forever, and receive
prompted voice stating how importnat my call is and CYMAX is a world class company
whose goal is to satisft their customers. DO not believe it!
Total incompetence with customer complaints and concerns.

I must have 100 e-messages i sent to their customer site...what a joke.
I have names, such as, Kevin, Gina, Vanessa, and others who are so incompetent
it truly is impossible to believe they have been trained and care at all.
Continued broken (lies) promises of getting back to my wife and I.

Remember we have no bed to sleep in...this is in December 2011.......call after call,
e-message after e-message continued to promise delivery of our missing bed.

I was placed on hold 14 times after being transferred....and I tested how long it would
be after several hang ups by CYMAX customer care. I placed my phone down & waited 1 hr and 13 minutes for someone to pick up.

After 1 month, i asked for compensation because my wife & I had to go into a hotel.....zero zero zero compensation or even a discussion as to what whould make us 'happy'.

I continued to recieve e-message promising me "I will get back to you today". Not true.

Then they promised a delivery date a month later after they found the missing bed part.
I asked a simple question: "Why not just fed-ex us the missing part from your warehouse, and when you discover your mistake & locate the missing bed part, return it to you warehouse?"(we have been without a bed for 6 weeks)

One day i get a call informing me they have found our missing bed part & will have it dleivered Friday before 5pm.
I take friday off work...and NO bed.....they missed their delivery promise..again a lie.
A week later, we have our missing bed part!

Total INCOMPETENCE BY CYMAX. They truly lie about their mission policy if custoemr satisfaction.
With the thousands of furniture business out there...I strongly suggest you bypass CYMAX forever!
