The hotel in question, was in fact actually booked by the client direct, prior to Cyprus Moments contractual involvement. Cyprus Moments had no prior knowledge of the closure of the client's pre-booked hotel & in fact only learned of this hotel's snap-closure at the time it was announced in the local Cyprus media.

Thirdly, to confirm, Cyprus Moments did in fact offer to find the client an alternative venue, following the snap-closure of their original hotel, which (as previously stated) had been booked directly by the client prior to Cyprus Moment's contractual involvement. In doing so, Cyprus Moments presented the client with options within their stated budget parameters. Once the client made their decision, Cyprus Moments then legitimately requested the required booking deposits. These funds were then remitted via Cyprus Moments directly & immediately to the new hotel. Full receipts to this effect can be produced upon request.
