Darren Baysinger and Joe Titone Attorney are being sued and pursued by Plaintiffs who are trying to find them in South Florida. They are avoiding service and hiding their assets. The Florida Bar is monitoring Titone's actions along with his brother Anthony who is culpable in his unethical actions. 

Baysinger is being sued in at least 3 current lawsuits and Titone is being sued along with him in one by a widow whose bank accounts were cleaned out by Titone and Batsinger. His partner Ernesto Liebster took his life in Sept of 2010 after discovering they wiped him out of his stock and took the proceeds of his warehouse in Miami Lakes.
