Dart Transit Highway Sales My maintenance fund was taken from me when I left the company HUNTSVILLE Alabama

When I signed on with DART, it was explained that when you left DART that you would be refunded monies left over from the maintenance fund once the the expenses of getting the truck ready for remarketing and weekly payments up to three weeks. After sixty days I contacted DART's Mr Jamison who told me that they had closed out the issue with DART and had turned the money over to Highway Sales Mrs Bonnie. He transfered me over to her aand she stated that because I had not fulfilled my contract obligation that they were not going to return any of the money. In short I got ripped off for over $5000.00 that was in my mantenance fund. All this because I had an accident and was termed.  As for DART, I think I had the best suport team in the industry that I have had the privilege to work with . The truck sales as it turns out is in my opinion totaly unethical in their pratices. I recomend DART as a company to work for but please be careful about buying a truck or leasing a truck through Highway sales. You are apt to get ripped off.
