I was "Director of New Products" I was released of my duties yesterday without reason. I beleive I was released because I have a conscience and a heart and understood what was really going on inside the walls of this company." The saying in my wing of the building was "Have Some Balls and Make some Calls".

There were between 80 and 100 Directors of New Products working in that building. I thought of myself as a Telemarketer. I was given a script for everything I said to the prospective client, and if I said anything else I would be reprimanded.

There's more space for sales people than space for the development of the products. I wasn't allowed to go in that department.

I was released by Sr. Director of New Products, Eugene Januzzi A.K.A "Chaz" Januzzi and Sr.Director of New Products Brian Gierzinski. I was escorted out of the building military style like a common criminal. I also demanded to speak to the V.P. of the so called New Product Directors Mr. Anthony Valcanas, because they weren't going to pay me my training salary. They were already two weeks behind in paying me. I'm to stop back today, he said he would have a check cut for me at the desk.

The building is locked down by keycard access only. It's locked down to keep thieves from stealing your idea ha ha ha, but mainly to keep out pissed off clients from shooting up the place, would be my best guess.

I could go on and on with Non-fictional stories of my experience while working at this business if needed. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain at this point and only hope that if I prevent one person from losing their life's savings to this organization, I will be a fullfilled person again!
