I got scammed by Dazzle white by paying the shipping on a free trial for a teeth whitening product. A month later I had a charge of over $58 on our account. I had a conversation with the online customer service rep and this person was full of crap and not helpful:


You are now chatting with 'Falon' Falon: Hello and welcome to DazzleSmile. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?


you: mark black Falon: Hi, are you here to place an order?


you: No, I have an unauthorized charge to my account. Can you tell me what name your company uses to bill customers?


Falon: Our charge will appear on your credit card as WHITESMILE or DAZZLEWHITE


you: Why is there two names? Falon: We have recently changed the name of your product.


 you: The website still advertises as Dazzle, why is that?


 Falon: Our product name is dazzle smile now from dazzle white.


you: Ok well I need to have that charge refunded. I never authorized money to be taken from my account. Also, I never recieved any free trial.


 Falon: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details? 


 Falon: Please allow me few moments, while I locate your account information.


Falon: We are unable to process return requests via live chat because of privacy and security reasons.


 Falon: You can call our member support staff at our toll-free number for all return information: Falon: 888-948-5508. They are available 6 AM - 9 PM (MST), Weekdays only.


you: Do you have the name of a manager I can request to speak to?


Falon: You can ask them.


 you: Why do you not have a name?


you: Are you working out of an annex?


Falon: I'm sorry I don't quite understand - could you please rephrase your question so that I can best assist you?


Falon: You can ask them for a manager. you: Why do you not have a name of a manager? I would like a name and let them know who I spoke with via internet and who referred me.


Falon: My name is Falon.


you: What is the managers name, Falon?


 Falon: And, I don't know about their manager.


 you: You work for Dazzle white/smile whatever it is don't you?


 you: What is your manager's name?


Falon: Shalyn Rudolph.


 you: Do you have a number I can contact that person at?


Falon: The above number is only we have.


you: You don't have telephones where your located?


Falon: 888-948-5508 this is the only number we have.


Falon: Our main office is located in Des Moines, IOWA.


 you: Why did a different number show up on my bank account statement?


Falon: That's the old one.


you: What about the number on the website? That's different.


 Falon: Its in process to be changed.


you: Don't you think that before changing your name and numbers something should have been done about the website?


you: That is very misleading.


Falon: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.


 you: Is working for a compay that scams people an inconvenience?


Falon: We're most certainly not a scam company. I sincerely apologize if there has been a misunderstanding or a lapse in our obligation to our customer; that is why we have live chat as well as email support available in order to rectify any potential issue our customers run into.


 Falon: Some of our most common issues arise from the customer not having a clear understanding of the terms and conditions which they must indicate that they have read and agree to before placing any order with us. Please take a quick read over them here, and see if that helps clear up any concern you have. If not, I'll be here and more than happy to assist you.


 you: Your conscience must be working overtime.


you: It is a scam though. By "visiting" this website you agree to the terms and conditions?
