I purchased a house stereo from deal breakers and it shut down after awhile when i was playing it.i took it back for a full refund and they talked me into getting a newer one for $50 more.
When i got it home i wasnt happy with it so i took it back for a full refund and was told no because it e=was a new item.it wasnt new it was out of the box and on display.
On the receipt it said full refund within 7 days and a 30 day guarantee,and was told no.

we appreciate your business. always want to see you at our stores, but just like any ohter retailer we cant abuse our return policie. You been given huge prefered customer discounts on both of the items that you returned back to back. One of the item was brand new in the box neither of the products was found to be deffective. Because of the frequency of the returns and the fact that they were managers special items you were offered discount in terms of store credit which you didnt want to accept. It also explains the policy on our receipt how returns work on the manager special items. Thank you and hoping to see you back at Deal Breakers!
