Central Dispatch and Jtracker are the two main websites that run the auto transport industry.   The sites don't work properly and they are often down (not working at all).   Once again today 01-14-16 the site has been down for 12 hours so far with no end in site.   Both brokers and truck drivers depend on this site every day.  It's garbage that this site is not run by a better company that gives a crap.  The company that runs these two websites (Dealertrack Technologies) should be thrown in jail.

Their ugly attitude toward their own customers is disgraceful.  The attorney general of every state should see how poorly this company treats the brokers and transporters they serve.  They have a monopoly on the industry and they are extremely abusive to their own customers.  They never improve the software to make the website work correctly.  Many programming errors can be found daily by the average broker or carrier simply trying to navigate the site.  

This is rediculous.  How can a monopoly like this be allowed to screw 4,000 plus brokers and carriers (small business owners) on a daily basis for years and not be held accountable for their actions.   This is an outrage.

I wish a group of smart computer website creators would come up with an alternative to these two sites and take over daily operation.  We are tired of getting ripped off!
