I ordered the following sunglasess BVLGARI 555 10311(gray)from in N.Y. through google checkout. They sent me BVLGARI 555 128/87 Black (from a Califonia Co. called RockNShades). The invoice included is for $189.49. I was charged $257.94 I contacted them (google checkout & DecorMyEyes) and requested info on returning the sunglasess and refunding my money. After a few e-mails I was given a return number and told that I would be subject to a 20% restocking fee (approx $51.00 not including return shipping fees). This is a scam! I lose out my $257 and keep something I didn't order or send it back and eat approximatley $60 in restocking and shipping fees! I want the full amount charged back to my card back. The numbers after the 555 are specific to the color!

I had a pair of the BVLGARI 555 10311 (gray). The ones sent are black, smaller and the metal is lighter in weight. I do not want the BVLGARI 555 128/87 Black. I want my money back.

Also, I went back to the website and the BVLGARI model 555 color 10311 Sunglasses are the Gray. they items that you sent me are BVLGARI model 555 color 12887 Sunglasses. The order item numbers are not even the same. the 10311 is the gray model. This is why I am requesting a full refund.
